In 2017, Kaitlyn took home Canada’s first and only win at the prestigious Diageo World Class Global Bartending Competition in Mexico City - putting Canada on the global bartending stage. She currently travels the world, representing World Class and Diageo Spirits at various cocktail events as a judge and special guest.

When she’s not traveling, you will find her behind the bar at Vancouver’s Royal Dinette. Where she mixes up a wide selection of innovative-yet-approachable drinks, using local spirits and seasonal ingredients akin to Royal Dinette’s locavore mantra.

Kaitlyn can credit over a decade of acting and dancing for helping her shine behind the pine, bringing a unique combination of creativity, speed and knowledge to her role as bar manager.
