If you are unhappy with the fit, colour, etc of your standard item, we will take it back (unused) for exchange or refund. See instructions below. 

We are sorry, but we do not provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders or aprons with embroidery. If you have concerns about your apron being made incorrectly or having a defect, please email us at

Gift cards can only be refunded to the original purchaser via the original payment method used.

Return Instructions:

Returns/Exchange must be made within 90 days of date of purchase. 

  • package your item in a secure mailing envelope or box 
  • ship the item using your country's standard postal service (see below*) 
  • mark the package as a return if filling out a customs form

  • email with your tracking number so that we know to expect the package. If doing an exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange your current apron for.
  • once the item is received at our shop, we can process the refund or prepare your new item for exchange.

*Please note that we will not accept returned merchandise sent via UPS or FedEx due to brokerage fees. We recommend using your country's standard postal service (Canada Post, USPS etc) or DHL.
