If you are unhappy with the fit, colour, etc of your standard item, we will take it back (unused) for exchange at our discretion. Refunds are at the discretion of S&R Denim Co. Please contact us for more information at email@example.com.
We are sorry, but we do not provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
- email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you are returning an item so that we can prepare your exchange item
- package your item is a secure mailing envelope or box
- ship the item using your country's standard postal service (see below*)
- ship item to:
*Please note that we will not accept returned merchandise sent via UPS or FedEx due to brokerage fees. We recommend using your country's standard postal service (Canada Post, US Post etc).
