We can match almost any logo colours for embroidery. We have deep catalogue of material options and colours. If we don't have the exact requirement in stock we have a network of partners around the world to source from.

What's the typical turnaround time?

Standard production: 4-6 weeks from design approval to delivery.

Rush production: 2-3 weeks (depending on complexity and quantity).

We understand event timelines and opening schedules - we've never missed a deadline.

 What's the minimum order quantity for custom uniforms?

We don't have strict minimums, but most brand activations and hotel projects range from 20-200+ aprons. For smaller quantities (under 20), we recommend our standard collections with brand embroidery, and discounts start at just 5 units.

Do you offer samples before full production?

Absolutely. For orders over 30 aprons, we can create physical samples for approval before moving to full production. For smaller orders, we provide detailed digital mockups and material swatches.

What if we need uniforms for multiple locations?

We specialize in multi-location programs. We ensure consistency across all sites and can coordinate shipping to multiple addresses. All specs are kept on file for easy reordering.

Can you accommodate rush timelines for events or openings?

Yes. We've produced rush orders for brand activations on tight timelines. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know what's feasible based on current production schedule.

What's included in "free repairs for life"?

Any wear-and-tear repairs (torn seams, worn pockets, broken hardware) are repaired free of charge for the life of the apron. Just send them back to us and we'll fix them and return them. This keeps your uniforms looking professional for years.

Yes. We ship worldwide and have worked with clients across North America, Europe, and beyond. We handle customs documentation and can coordinate with international shipping partners.

How does pricing work for custom projects?

Pricing depends on materials, customization level, quantity, and timeline. After our discovery call, we provide a detailed quote with no hidden fees.

What if we need to make changes to our order after production starts?

Minor changes (embroidery placement, quantities) can usually be accommodated. Major design changes may require restarting production depending on timing. We're flexible and will work with you to find solutions.
