Mike Sonier is a Vancouver-based freestyle chef, and is recognizably known as a travelling chef with events and collaborations around the country. He is the owner and operator of Ethical Table, which focuses on the farm-to-table concept with minimized wastage, humanely raised or wild animals, and locally sourced ingredients. Mike also works with clients on all aspects of their business from launching a new restaurant or improving existing operations and menus, to collaborating and promoting farm-to-table concepts to industry partners.
