We’ve talked about Mike Sonier before - he’s one of our awesome S&R Ambassadors. He’s a multifaceted food professional who offers a variety of services under his company, @ethicaltable. We love seeing our Ambassadors build their brands and do amazing things, and Mike’s got a pretty sweet new partnership going:

That’s famed champagne brand Veuve Clicquot!  Mike is one of 22 chefs from around the world participating in the company’s New Maker’s Collective. They’ve all gathered in France to “invent and reinvent ways to pair food with champagne.” He’s currently there, cooking up a storm and partnering with his fellow chefs to develop recipes fit for Veuve Clicquot.

And of course he’s doing it in a custom S&R apron!
