Our Leather Cross Back Straps offer unbeatable comfort for all-day apron wearing. Made from full-grain, veg & chrome tan cowhide leather, these adjustable straps take the strain off your neck and back. They are perfect for those who prefer an adjustable over-the-shoulder x-back strap style and come with an un-dyed natural veg-tan leather centre-back slider for a customized fit at the waist.
- For those with a small waist, or who would just like an extra tight fit at the waist, we recommend adding one of our Leather Waist Belts or Cotton Waist Ties.
- Please note that you must have an S&R apron with detachable straps. Aprons with sewn on straps cannot be converted.
- If selecting Black Leather and Black Hardware, the leather slider will also be black. All other colour options come with natural leather slider.

Perfect!
The leather is so soft and confortable…I am shorter and a stockier build…the straps fit perfect across my back and the waist strap has more options for a fit than I have ever experienced from other brands. Usually the waist strap does not fit me and the back straps are typically on the last holes. These straps are awesome and have more flexibility when it comes to a fit for a stockier build!!!

Needed bigger straps for My Lee Valley apron
Straps were ordered. I was happy they came in a black colour. Me being a smithy, and not a cabinet maker. (Former mould maker, now turned high school machine shop teacher). They work and look great.

Back Straps - Its worth it.
The back straps are the way to go. Super comfy, durable, and they look great. For someone wearing an apron 8 hours a day, its a huge relief not wearing a loop around the neck. Would recommend the investment.
