Sierra Wright, also known as @cultivate.roots, has a background as a Red Seal Chef Apprentice, 200-hour Yoga Teacher, 50-hour Pranayama Breathwork Instructor, and Registered Holistic Nutritional Practitioner. These experiences combine to create a practice that, “focuses on a mindful approach to our food-body connection through interconnecting our mind, body, and soul together.” She’s all about using food to support that interconnection, which means her holistic catering offers nutrient-dense ingredients that also look and taste phenomenal:
