If you’re looking for fun, easy-to-follow, upbeat hair tutorials, then run, don’t walk, over to Emily Jacob’s Instagram! Also known as @emily_snips, Emily is an S&R Ambassador and an extremely talented stylist who’s made a name for herself with her funky fresh hair and beauty videos. (Anyone who can do flatiron waves while blindfolded is worth checking out, in our opinion!  See her #birdboxchallenge here.)

Emily spent the first part of her career with Chatters, and she now owns Palette Tattoo + Hair with her partner, where he does the tattoos and she does the hair. She specializes in hair colour, hair painting, balayage, and hair transformations. Palette is in Armstrong, B.C., which is a few hours away from S&R’s HQ in Vancouver.  It’s awesome to be able to team up with a local!

In addition to running her salon, Emily can be found jetting around the globe as a partner artist with multiple top hair product brands.
