Saeed “Hawk” House is a Los Angeles-based bartender known as Cocktails By Hawk. He has curated new cocktail menus for multiple restaurants in the LA area. His aim is to use his voice to tell stories, whether in educating and creating unique and replicable cocktails for his audience to enjoy at home, or influencing industry professionals to develop cocktails for their menus using their spirits.

He has also launched his own consulting firm offering cocktail menu development and staff training.

Varga earned the title of Chopped Canada Champion on the reality television show “Chopped Canada” and competed as a finalist in MasterChef Canada. He received high praise from Iron Chef Susur Lee, who commended Varga's fusion style.
