Fine dining restaurant workers, take note: this apron is made with 8 oz poly-cotton twill that's soft to the touch and has extra long waist ties designed for comfort and ease of use. Bar-tack stitch reinforced pockets and straps ensure this apron can stand up to heavy duty use while still looking elegant and refined.

He has also launched his own consulting firm offering cocktail menu development and staff training.
